Rex has more than 10 years experience in financial audit and accounting, fraud investigation, litigation support and transaction advisory such as fundraising, M&A, business valuation, working capital optimization, market capitalization strategies.

 

He has developed expertise in alternative financing structures and project financing in infrastructure and renewable energy.

 

Rex was the lead consultant of an IPO of Singapore engineering firm on the Canadian Securities Exchange and facilitated capital solutions, private placements for public listed companies in Malaysia and emerging markets. He was also a Group Finance Director of a privately held company in Singapore.

Rex is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and a Fellow Member of ACCA (UK).
